A COMANCO crew led by Project Superintendent Todd Kirkman went to a chemical plant in Geismar, Louisiana last week in order to repair the liner in a gyp stack ditch. The crew worked with James Construction Group to temporarily stop the ditch flow, dewater and demuck the ditch, and complete the repair. Flow was resumed after the patch was welded and tested.
