COMANCO recently wrapped up a renovation upgrade for a Tampa Bay area college dorm common room. The previous area only contained a toaster oven and microwave, and the college wanted to upgrade to a kitchenette before students returned to school. COMANCO coordinated the permitting, demolition of existing countertop and cabinetry, and installation of an electric range and commercial self-contained exhaust hood with fire suppression system. COMANCO Foreman, Rob Dobert, completed the project and was able to maintain COMANCO’s quality standards by tarping off the construction area, to ensure no misc debris/dust escaped to the common room during the work.
