COMANCO reached another milestone at Starkey Ranch District Park as the concrete patio area around the Concession Building has been completed. A masonry seat wall and grill wall was built around the perimeter of the area, and the concrete slab, complete with landscaping block outs was poured and detailed. The stucco work was then completed on the grill wall and seat wall to match the aesthetic look of the building. Next up, the trees will be installed in the openings around the patio, and we will install the picnic tables for the final touch. Once the park is operational, the patio area will be a great place to enjoy the food and snack options the Concession Building will offer.
