COMANCO recently completed the final phase of its scope as Building 4 prepares to receive its temporary certificate of occupancy at CountyLine Corporate Park. Building 4 is the 3rd of 4 buildings completed while COMANCO has been a part of the construction team.
The development park utilizes an old landfill site, which through engineering, design, and intelligent construction, makes the land available for use again. COMANCO, led by Supervisor Gerardo Ruiz, completed a 60mil HDPE geomembrane vapor barrier system complete with geovent strips beneath the liner, that tie into a 6” Sch80 PVC header system that allows any potential hazardous gases to vent out and away from the building and its occupants.
COMANCO has also completed the geomembrane vapor barrier on Building 5 and will be re-mobilizing in the coming months to install the header pipe system.
