As COMANCO approaches the completion of constructing a 60-acre landfill expansion at the Miami SDLF, COMANCO and company started the installation of sod and hydroseed. For this project, we are sodding 3+ acres and hydroseeding 5+ acres of subgrade.
After constructing berms and swales, this work will be done around the project on multiple slopes. The sod and hydroseed for this project serve as Best Management Practices (BMP) for Erosion and Sedimentation control and is aesthetically pleasing when complete.
COMANCO and its subcontractor have been keeping excellent communication to keep safety first while working on theses slopes & limited access. Check back in later to see the finished product.
