On Friday, a group of newly hired employees finished up their CPR/AED/First Aid Training. This is one of many training classes that COMANCO offers to our brand new employees. This training gives critical knowledge and confidence to manage an emergency without fear or confusion effectively. Trainees learn how to perform CPR, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), bandage injuries, and control blood flow – critical skills for emergencies anywhere, not just the workplace. Providing first aid and CPR training goes a long way to ensure workplace health and safety. COMANCO requires all employees be CPR certified because SAFETY is one of our company’s core values.
