Careers in Construction Month (CICM) is a nationwide campaign held every October to increase public awareness of construction careers, inspire the next generation of craft professionals, and impact the perceptions of a career in construction.
Build Your Future (BYF) started this initiative in 2013 and continues to provide resources each year to increase awareness for Construction Career Month. This year, as companies show support by taking the CICM Pledge, you can get involved as an individual by spreading the word on social media and participating in the ‘I BUILT THIS!’ video contest.
