An 8-man COMANCO liner crew led by Maximino Macedo put production into overdrive this week on a landfill expansion project in Madison, WI. Nearly 8 acres of 60-mil textured HDPE geomembrane was deployed in 3 days. Starting on Monday morning, the crew worked together and efficiently to protect this landfill cell project from adverse weather approaching. They were able to cover and seal up the entire job’s subgrade before a violent storm front moved through on Wednesday night. Most importantly, there were no safety incidents encountered while accomplishing this. Great job guys! A geotextile layer will be placed over the top of the liner in the coming days to wrap this project up.
