Congressman Ross is proudly serving Florida’s 15th Congressional District and just recently voted to pass H.R. 3, the Keystone XL Pipeline Act. Congressman Ross stated, “The Keystone XL Pipeline will provide energy security, create jobs and boost our economy. Canada has the third-largest oil reserves in the world and by connecting them to the most sophisticated oil-producing region in the Gulf Coast, the U.S. can achieve long-term economic benefits and energy security”.
