Last week, a valuable training session took place at the Corporate office in Plant City, FL.
COMANCO employees participated in Professional Development training with Melody Takamori, Software Training Specialist, Training Program Developer & Process Assessment Consultant for Viewpoint. COMANCO values our relationship with Melody, who has been training our employees for several years. Her knowledge about the system and our industry is invaluable, and we welcome her training each year.
The training spanned over three days and included the Accounting, Fleet, Operations, Human Resources, and Safety Departments as well as the Executive team. Each session ensured dedicated time to train with Melody with the end goal of increasing employee’s knowledge in Spectrum. During the training sessions, employees learned new ways of working smarter and not harder in their respective departments as well as learning best practices.
