Every year HCSS hosts company representatives from all over the US in Houston, TX for the HCSS User’s Group Meeting (UGM). This year the event was hosted at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in the vibrant Galleria District with the goal of cementing strong business relationships between HCSS, and it’s customers. The event has expanded so much that many of the sessions had to be split to a neighboring hotel and as a result, next year the event will be hosted at the Marriott which has a much larger capacity.
At the UGM COMANCO representatives, Todd Hinrichs (Director of Commercial Construction), Charles Dunn (Fleet Manager), Matt DiTarando (IT Manager), and Mark Milford (IT Support Specialist) attended sessions aimed at improving HCSS software utilization. There were many opportunities to network with peers in the industry and receive help during one-on-one sessions from the experts at HCSS. Lastly, a large focus was on the impact of future releases including product demonstrations highlighting exciting new features and fixes.
HCSS and the UGM meeting are vital to keeping COMANCO a leader in the industry. COMANCO looks forward to attending in future years as part of delivering SAFETY ★ QUALITY ★ SERVICE to every job site in the US and beyond.
