Beachwalk, the new community in St. Johns County, FL is already considered to be an upscale neighborhood which will feature a 14-acre swimming pool. With more than 1,000 acres, this community will contain approximately 1,000 homes and a retail village that will provide waterfront dining and shopping.
The lagoon will be surrounded by white sand beaches and include a private beach club with restaurants, bars, fitness center and 18-hole miniature golf course. And for the dog lovers, there will also be a splash park for the dogs of the community.
This project is the first of its kind in the State of Florida, and COMANCO Project Manager Thomas Raab was part of the groundbreaking event. Even though the groundbreaking ceremonies were yesterday, much of the work on the community has already been done. The developers expect that people will be living in this new community before the year is out.
