COMANCO is proud to announce our April new hires have completed their safety training.
COMANCO’s training program includes CPR, First Aid, OSHA 10, MSHA, FL Phosphate, and Mosaic Site.
In addition to the classroom training, our new hires go through hands-on training provided by our Fleet department. The equipment task training provides our new employees with a basic understanding of the equipment used in the field. From day one, our new employees learn the tasks, operate the equipment they will use on the job, and understand workplace hazards to help mitigate them, all before their boots hit the ground.
