COMANCO held its first Frontline Meeting of 2015 on January 6th. Monthly, this meeting allows the Vice President, Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen and remote employees attend via internet and communicate valuable information.
The content of the meeting is important to the operation at COMANCO. Safety policies and incidents are reviewed, corrective actions are covered, areas of improvement are discussed, information from the Fleet Department is shared to the group, customer surveys on completed jobs are reviewed, employee anniversaries are celebrated and any open floor subjects are discussed.
During this particular meeting Tommy Topp, the Vice President was presented with his 25th Anniversary Packet by Mark Topp, President of COMANCO. Congratulations Tommy on 25 great years with COMANCO!
The Frontline meeting brings new ideas, develops new strategies and overall brings information to the COMANCO Team.
