COMANCO Construction has a productive day at the new Sports Complex at Starkey Ranch in Odessa, FL. Superintendent David Haygood had a busy Monday overseeing the concrete foundation pour for the pre-engineered metal Maintenance Building, as well as the concrete block installation at the Concession Building. The perimeter block walls are more than halfway complete after just a two days. Coordination has been key, as there are a lot of electrical and plumbing components that must be installed in the block walls as they are installed. The final preparations for concrete block work at the stand-alone restroom building were also completed today, as the perimeter walls will start going up tomorrow.
