COMANCO Honors Their Employees with a Day of Appreciation

Last Friday, December 6th, COMANCO hosted a special Employee Appreciation Day to recognize and thank our hardworking team members. It was a day filled with fun, food, and a lot of gratitude.

A Day of Appreciation

The event kicked off with a delicious breakfast, setting the tone for a day of celebration. Throughout the day, employees enjoyed a variety of snacks and refreshments, ensuring they stayed energized and happy. Lunch was also provided, offering a tasty midday meal.

Departmental Showcases and Giveaways

Each department set up informative booths to foster a deeper understanding of the company’s operations. Field employees had the opportunity to visit these booths, ask questions, and learn more about the various roles within COMANCO. Each department generously handed out COMANCO “swag” as tokens of appreciation.

Some departments organized engaging games and offered exciting prizes to add an extra layer of fun. These interactive activities let employees relax, have fun, and connect with their colleagues.

Departmental Presentations and Long-Service Recognition

In addition to the booth activities, each department delivered informative presentations highlighting their contributions to the company. These presentations shed light on how different departments work together to achieve COMANCO’s goals and directly impact the work of field employees.

To honor our dedicated long-term employees, COMANCO recognized individuals who have been with the company for 15 years or more. These employees received well-deserved plaques as a token of gratitude for their years of service and commitment.
