COMANCO Attends 2024 AEMA Mining Conference
COMANCO was excited to return to the 2024 AEMA Mining Conference in Reno, Nevada. Hosted by the American Exploration and Mining Association, this annual event took place at the Nugget Casino Resort.
Our booth was bustling with activity, providing us with valuable opportunities to connect with clients, contractors, and industry peers. Additionally, to gain deeper insights into the industry, we joined Simplot on a tour of the AGRU manufacturing plant in Fernley. This firsthand look at the liner manufacturing process offered a unique perspective and altogether strengthened our understanding of the industry. The show also gave us the opportunity to connect with industry professionals like SKAPS, Couer Mining, and Newfields.
GeoCAAB 6.0
We were also thrilled to showcase the latest advancements in geosynthetic quality control technology. Our GeoCAAB representative, Trevor Topp, demonstrated the beta version of GeoCAAB 6.0, the next generation of our industry-leading software. This innovative tool is set to revolutionize the liner industry when it is officially released in early 2025.
