The COMANCO Crew Begins Expansion at the Heart of Florida Landfill in Lake Panasoffkee.
Our team will install five layers of geosynthetic liner over the new 15-acre landfill expansion cell during the next three months. A week of production was lost prepping for Hurricane Ian, but the team is making strides to bring this project up to date.
Vice President of Operations Thomas Raab reports they took extra precautions to preserve the work already performed as the storm closed in. COMANCO is responsible for all four cell installations at this site and will continue to provide safe, quality work for this customer.
