Foreman Pablo Medina and his COMANCO crew have completed a new wastewater storage pond in Northwest Florida. The project included the supply and installation of 260,000sf of NW 12oz Geotextile and 60mil Smooth HDPE Liner. The crew also installed 80 vent flaps around the pond’s perimeter to allow the release of gases from the area.
Constructing the 18.3 million gallon capacity storage pond will help divert wastewater, preventing it from getting into groundwater supplies. Dealing with Florida rains was a minor challenge for the crew, slowing the process down, but the job was completed safely by a dedicated team of COMANCO professionals!
