Edmonton storage pond construction continues to make strong progress as COMANCO surpasses the halfway point on this large-scale project outside of Edmonton, Alberta. Superintendent Arnulfo Martinez and his crew have remained focused on delivering high-quality results while maintaining a safe and efficient job site.
With zero safety incidents reported, the team has demonstrated a strong commitment to both performance and safety throughout the project.
Edmonton Storage Pond Liner Installation Progress
Significant progress has been made on the Edmonton storage pond, with approximately 1.7 million square feet of 60mil textured HDPE geomembrane installed. In addition, 19,000 linear feet of geocomposite gas venting has been placed beneath the pond liner to support long-term system performance.
This level of production highlights the crew’s ability to execute complex installations while maintaining strict quality standards.
