COMANCO Kicks Off Spillway Improvement Project

by

Just this past week, COMANCO began a spillway improvement project at a Central Florida chemical facility. Superintendents Scott Hall and Jeremy Giles are taking charge as this project moves forward. COMANCO’s scope of work is split into two portions. The first includes demolition and abandonment of a decommissioned spillway. During the second portion, COMANCO will be exposing an operational spillway and stabilizing it with a concrete saddle. After the pipe is backfilled, the crew will regrade the perimeter dike road and install several corrugated HDPE outlet drains. Continue to check in as this project takes off.
