3rd Rock Air Professional Development Expands COMANCO Drone Capabilities
COMANCO continues investing in employee growth through programs like 3rd Rock Air Professional Development training. Recently, QA/QC Engineers Jesus Araque and Anthony Sartin attended an intensive two-day training program designed to prepare participants for the FAA Part 107 Exam while strengthening their drone flight knowledge and operational skills.
The 3rd Rock Air Professional Development course focused on both classroom instruction and hands-on drone training. Participants learned important FAA regulations, airspace requirements, drone safety procedures, and practical flight operations necessary for commercial drone pilots working in the construction and environmental industries.
COMANCO is proud to announce that both Anthony and Jesus successfully completed the training requirements and earned their Drone Pilot Licenses.
FAA Part 107 Training Supports Project Efficiency
As technology continues advancing throughout the construction industry, drone operations play an increasingly important role in project management, surveying, quality control, and site documentation. The 3rd Rock Air Professional Development program helps COMANCO employees gain the knowledge needed to safely and effectively operate drones on active job sites.
After completing the course, both employees also passed the Federal Aviation Administration Airman Knowledge Exam, an important step toward becoming certified commercial drone operators.
