COMANCO Provides Comprehensive New Hire SAFETY TRAINING
COMANCO is proud to announce two new field employees have successfully completed their New Hire SAFETY TRAINING before their boots officially hit the ground this week.
The training program includes:
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- First Aid certification
- OSHA 10 safety training
- FL Phosphate training
- MSHA certification
- Fleet department task training
- Quality Control training at the corporate office
This extensive training process ensures employees understand proper safety procedures, hazard recognition, equipment awareness, and emergency response expectations before entering the field.
Hands-On Training Supports Field Readiness
In addition to classroom instruction, COMANCO’s New Hire SAFETY TRAINING includes practical, hands-on experience inside the Fleet department and Quality Control operations.
Task training allows employees to become familiar with:

- Geosynthetic installation processes
- Quality assurance expectations

- Daily safety documentation procedures
