COMANCO Hosts First Annual Leadership Meeting

COMANCO recently brought together field and office managers for our annual Managers Meeting, reintroduced this year as the First Annual Leadership Meeting. This rebrand reflects a core belief at COMANCO that leadership is not defined by title alone. Our goal is to elevate every COMANCO employee into a leader, regardless of role or department.

Throughout the meeting, managers from across the organization gathered to reflect on the year behind us and align on the year ahead. Teams shared departmental successes, discussed lessons learned, and worked collaboratively to shape goals and priorities for 2026. These conversations are essential to strengthening our operations and ensuring that every department moves forward together.

Open dialogue was a central focus of the Leadership Meeting. Asking questions like ‘what worked well this year’ and ‘what can be improved next year’ allows us to grow intentionally. By learning from one another and honestly examining challenges, we continue to build leaders from the ground up and reinforce a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

Of course, the meeting was not all work and no play. After a full day of planning and review, the group gathered Thursday evening at Lakeland Bowlero for a night of friendly competition. The bowling outing allowed managers to connect outside the conference room, strengthen relationships, and enjoy time together as a team.
