COMANCO’s Employees Mentorship Program continues to play a major role in developing skilled team members throughout the company. Through mentorship, hands-on training, and structured evaluations, COMANCO helps employees strengthen their technical knowledge while creating opportunities for long-term career advancement in the environmental construction industry.
The Employees Mentorship Program provides incentives, recognition, and rewards for experienced employees who dedicate their time to mentoring newer team members. Mentors help guide employees through COMANCO’s training and evaluation process while promoting a culture centered on Safety, Quality, and Service.
Hands-On Training Through Mentorship
Within the Employees Mentorship Program, mentors are assigned to employees to evaluate their current skill sets and identify areas for improvement. Training plans are then developed to help employees advance their understanding of liner installation processes, field operations, and equipment handling.
This mentorship process includes hands-on instruction with extrusion welding equipment, liner installation tools, and other specialized construction equipment used on COMANCO projects. Employees are trained under close supervision to ensure they fully understand both quality standards and safety procedures before progressing to more advanced responsibilities.
Continuous oversight and detailed documentation help track employee development milestones while ensuring every trainee receives the support needed to succeed.
