COMANCO Attends FMI Field Leader Institute in Golden, Colorado
At COMANCO, we believe our greatest investment is in our people. This past June, we proudly sent four employees to the FMI Field Leader Training in Golden, Colorado, reinforcing our commitment to developing strong leaders across every level of our organization.
Representing a variety of leadership roles, our Estimator, Project Manager, Fleet Foreman, and Leadman participated in an immersive training program focused on building the skills needed to lead with confidence and purpose. Throughout the program, they gained valuable insights into effective management practices, leadership fundamentals, conflict resolution, delivering meaningful feedback, and the essential qualities that define successful field leaders. Each session was designed to provide practical tools that can be applied both in the field and throughout their daily responsibilities.
At COMANCO, leadership development doesn’t end when the training is over. To reinforce what they learned, each participant will take part in a one-hour leadership roundtable to discuss their key takeaways, share how they plan to apply their new knowledge, and establish accountability for their continued growth. These discussions create opportunities for collaboration, encourage continuous improvement, and help turn new concepts into lasting leadership habits.
