Even while COMANCO employees are busy completing projects across the nation, they take time to “sharpen their skills”: We regularly gather for training, regulatory updates and exchange of best practices. This month’s COMANCO Frontline Supervisors meeting began with a presentation from our Labor Attorney. COMANCO supervisors and managers from various job sites and office locations covered various important labor laws such as ADA, FMLA, ADEA, Sexual Harassment, as well as COMANCO’s Non-Discrimination/Non-Retaliation and Workplace Violence policies. Attendants were given the opportunity to ask questions on how to handle employee-related issues.
