The crew led by Martin Calderon has starting installing over 130,000 SF of 80-mil smooth high density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane, approx. 70,000 SF of 200-mil geonet and 50,000 SF of 8oz/sy non woven (NW) geotextile. The installation also includes 75,000 SF 40-mil smooth HDPE geomembrane, 139,000 SF of 100-mil smooth HDPE geomembrane, 75,000 SF of 200-mil geonet, and 150,000 SF of additional 8oz/sy NW geotextile. Additionally, the project will also include over 55 linear feet (LF) of extrusion welding to HDPE concrete embed and over 230 LF of tie-in to existing geomembrane for the 100-mil and 80-mil geomembrane layers.
Martin and his crew have worked safely on the 2:1 slopes with smooth surface materials and hot weather with no injuries or accidents.
