The lining of the Jefferson Parish Landfill Cells 20 and 21 has now been completed. Arnulfo Martinez and his crew put the finishing touches on Cell 20 South of the Westwego, LA landfill (located just outside of New Orleans). The project consisted of over 7 acres each of 40 mil Gundseal, 60 mil HDPE geomembrane, and geocomposite. The project was finished ahead of schedule and under budget.
