COMANCO Environmental has begun deployment of geosynthetic liner for a phosphate plant in Pocatello, Idaho. The 42 acre cell features three different types of 60-mil HDPE liner; smooth, single-sided textured and double-sided textured. Composite strips in combination with gas venting will be installed in order to relieve any gasses that form under the liner.
On the first day of install, the crew installed just under two acres, Superintendent Arnulfo Martinez is leading the 13 man crew. We look forward to seeing the progress as the deployment continues. Be safe and keep up the good work!
