COMANCO would like to recognize Estevan Saenz as the 1st quarter Employee Spotlight recipient.
Estevan has worked for COMANCO for 4 years, 11 years overall in the liner industry; he enjoys the challenges he faces on different jobs, travelling from job to job as well as the opportunities COMANCO has made for him and his family. Estevan say “he knows the management team appreciates his hard work by taking time out of their busy day to answer 401 questions, helping with vacation forms and assuring proper documentation of timesheets.”
Currently, Estevan is responsible for the progress of Plant Wansley as a front line supervisor on the liner. He takes instructions from the superintendent, delivers it to the crew, knows and understands the job specifications, leads by example , does whatever it takes to make production all while looking out for the company bottom line. “I can’t express how great of a help he is on this project” says superintendant Larry Graham.
When Estevan is not working he enjoys camping, spending quality time at the lake with his wife and 2 daughters that live in Mexico or his son in North Carolina and visiting his mother. In the future Estevan would like the opportunity to get his Class A CDL License.
