COMANCO Nearing Milestone on Slope Closure Project

by

A COMANCO crew has nearly finished installing a 24″ HDPE pipeline around a gyp stack closure on a chemical plant in Central Florida. The pipe runs 12,500 LF and includes (17) 48″ manholes along the pipeline, all of which are installed. The crew will also be wrapping up one of two 12″ corrugated HDPE drain lines that lead into the 24″ pipeline along the slopes. In October, the crew will focus its attention on the upper drain system as well as general grading, pipe demo, and fabriform installation. This crew is being led by Project Superintendent Gary Mitchell, Project Manager Dragan Milosavljevic, Field Engineer Marcus Gress, and Project Engineer Nick Bridges.
