COMANCO Environmental remains hard at work on a gyp stack project on the east coast. Even while battling extreme temperatures, Superintendent Tony Sanchez and the 15 man crew are working safely and efficiently. Installation totals to date include: – six 48″ sumps, -8,000 LF of drainage pipe, -160,000 SF of geocomposite vent strip underneath liner, – 950,000 SF of 60-mil smooth HDPE liner and 1,400,000 SF of 60-mil textured HDPE liner. Total liner installation to date is approximately 2.35 million SF. On-site efforts are assisted by Project Engineer Daniel Ward.
