COMANCO Environmental has been hard at work on the gyp stack project on the east coast. Since the latest update, approximately 360,000 SF of 60-mil textured HDPE liner and 295,000 SF of 60-mil smooth HDPE liner have been installed. Total liner installation so far is nearly 800,000 SF of textured liner and 400,000 SF of smooth liner. In addition, about 50,000 SF of geocomposite vent strip has been placed underneath the liner, for a total of 100,000 SF. Lastly, one additional 48″ sump has been installed, giving three completed thus far. The crew, led by Superintendent Tony Sanchez, is doing a great job of working together and staying safe.
