Last week, COMANCO began a liner installation project at a landfill near Denver, Colorado. The project consists of a three layer system with nearly 420,000 SF of material for each layer. The first layer is 60-mil textured HDPE liner, followed by 200-mil double-sided geocomposite, and finally a layer of 8 oz. geotextile. Also included within this project’s scope of work is 1,500 LF of tie-in to existing liner. Superintendent Larry Graham and the 12-man crew are off to a great start, working safely and efficiently. We look forward to seeing the progress on this project.
