COMANCO has been awarded the Solid Waste Facility, Construction of Cell No. 4 project located in Decatur County, GA. The work will consist of 60-mil HDPE Flexible Membrane Liner (Smooth) over prepared subgrade installation and will connect to existing HDPE Liner.
