This unique project required the installation of a liner specially developed for Crystal Lagoons®, so it was imperative the liner installation be of the highest quality, too. COMANCO has been working in projects powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology since 2014 as the first project was approved for development in Pasco County.
With more than 28 years of experience and a reputation for our commitment to quality, COMANCO was chosen by the developer as the preferred liner installer for this high-profile project. Installation started in April 2017 and in a combined effort with the developer and Crystal Lagoons®, COMANCO was able to complete the liner installation in November 2017. Due to COMANCO’s experience, methods and specialized tools COMANCO was able to minimize wrinkles and reduce visual flaws which are common in the liner industry.
Once completed, the water began to flow and the 7.5-acre lagoon began to take on the crystal blue appearance that has created tremendous interest in the real estate market.
