COMANCO Employees Attend Breslin Leadership Retreat To Enhance Their Leadership and Management Skills
Several of COMANCO’s dedicated leaders recently embarked on an enriching adventure at the Leader Circle retreat in the stunning surroundings of Mt. Charleston, NV, with Breslin Strategies. This wasn’t just a vacation but an immersive experience designed specifically for construction industry professionals to ignite leadership potential and foster innovation within the construction industry.
A Journey to Self-Discovery
In September, a group of COMANCO leaders embarked on a transformative journey to the stunning backdrop of Mount Charleston, Nevada. The Leader Circle retreat provided a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Participants, including Joseph Lucas, Thomas Raab, Joshua Philhower, James Kile, Miguel Medrano, and Trevor Topp, engaged in intensive sessions focused on leadership development, problem-solving, and team building. The retreat encouraged participants to reflect on their leadership styles, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for future success.
A Commitment to Excellence
Building on the success of the September retreat, COMANCO sent another group of leaders to Mount Charleston in October. Dan McRae, Ramon Irizarry, David Ramirez, Jorge Barrantes, and Juan Morales immersed themselves in the challenging and inspiring environment of the Leader Circle. Through a series of rigorous exercises and thought-provoking discussions, participants gained valuable insights into leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. The retreat emphasized the importance of empathy, integrity, and gratitude in building strong and effective teams.
A Culture of Leadership
COMANCO is committed to investing in its employees and fostering a culture of excellence. By providing opportunities for leadership development, the company empowers its team members to reach their full potential and drive positive change.
