COMANCO’s Newest Employees Complete Task Training
COMANCO congratulates our five newest employees as they complete task training with the help of our experienced instructors. Task training provides all new hires with the hands-on experience they need for success in the field.
New hires begin with a week-long introductory training course. These classes include OSHA 10, FPP, AED, CPR, and First Aid, all reviewed in detail. After completing a week of safety courses, task training allows each new employee to apply the skills they have learned in the classroom to real-life scenarios. For example, these photos show employees learning how to weld and sand patches according to safety and quality guidelines.
