COMANCO leaders attended The Five Minute Foreman Workshop: a virtual live webinar designed to provide concrete lessons for field leader development.
Our leaders learned how to use effective communication to improve results, loyalty, and encouragement with positive reinforcement. The training provides tools to improve safety and quality, reduce rework, and change employee mindset. Our leaders can maximize teamwork and set higher goals using the Five Minute attitude.
The leadership training was conducted virtually via Zoom. COMANCO employees attended both at the office and remotely. Lunch was provided for over 40 employees who participated in the training and benefited from this workshop.
