Freeport FL Landfill Project Continues to Progress
Superintendent Bill Newman and his crew are reporting live from the field with another Freeport FL project update. The COMANCO team continues making excellent progress on a landfill improvement project while maintaining the company’s commitment to Safety, Quality, and Service.
Work at the Freeport FL project site began in early June with excavation activities involving the removal of more than one thousand pounds of dirt and concrete to prepare the area for repairs and future improvements.
Landfill Repairs Completed
The COMANCO crew has successfully completed the required repairs to the landfill cell in Freeport FL. With the repair work finished, the project has advanced to preparing the site for the next phase of construction.
The expansion includes approximately 52,275 square feet of graded stormwater infrastructure designed to improve drainage and support the long-term performance of the landfill facility.
