June New Hires Prepare for Success at COMANCO
The June New Hires class recently completed COMANCO’s extensive employee training program. From their first day with the company, the June New Hires were introduced to workplace hazards, safety procedures, and the skills needed to safely perform their responsibilities in the field.
This week marked the successful completion of a comprehensive week-long training program designed to prepare employees for safety-sensitive roles across COMANCO’s environmental construction projects.
June New Hires Receive Industry-Recognized Training
COMANCO’s training curriculum included a variety of safety certifications and educational programs, including:
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- First Aid
- OSHA 10
- Florida Phosphate Training
- Mosaic Florida Site Training
- MSHA Training
These programs help employees develop a strong understanding of workplace safety, hazard recognition, emergency response, and industry best practices before arriving at active project sites.
Hands-On Training Supports Field Readiness
In addition to classroom instruction, the June New Hires participated in hands-on task training within COMANCO’s Fleet Shop. This portion of the training program allows employees to become familiar with the equipment, materials, and operations they will encounter in the field.
Task training provides valuable exposure to COMANCO’s work processes and helps employees better understand how their responsibilities contribute to successful project execution.
