At COMANCO experienced and qualified Liner Technicians, Master Seamers and Survey/Quality Control Technicians mentor and collaborate with their peers to achieve great production, safety, and efficiency. Presently, 96 COMANCO employees (30% of COMANCO workforce) have worked for the Company for more than 5 years. As part of COMANCO Employee Appreciation program, every year employees receive a reward gift card and Service Recognition Certificate from COMANCO on their hire date anniversary.
