On a regular basis COMANCO managers and supervisors meet with the employees to discuss ideas and provide on-going constructive feedback: what is going great and where there is an opportunity to grow professionally. Even during a busy season we take the time to meet with our field employees to conduct their performance reviews: Dragan, Project Manager, is discussing performance and professional development with Gerardo Ruiz (7 years with COMANCO) and Tommy Hicks (4 years with COMANCO).
