The Polk County crew continues to make headway on 28’ pump station installations. So far, 16’ of the total 20’ concrete ballasts have been poured and are currently being backfilled on 2 of 3 locations. The team is doing an outstanding job working together in tight areas where the summer heat is at its highest. They are also nearing the end of almost 6,700 LF leachate collection pipe welding for the entire project. Great job to the crew and supervisors for keeping these arduous operations (and others) going safely and smoothly during the Florida summer.
