The COMANCO team, led by Foreman Billy Menard, has completed installing the final 60mil HDPE geomembrane vapor barrier beneath three new buildings.
The design includes gas venting strips beneath the liner tied into an Sch80 PVC header system that allows potential vapors beneath the building to vent out and away from the building while keeping the tenants safe.
The remaining work will involve installing several vent risers, sampling ports, and cleanouts as a part of maintaining the header system’s functionality.
