Superintendent Jeremy Giles and crew began work recently on a gyp stack closure located at a Central Florida chemical plant. To date, the crew has removed over 2,000 linear feet of existing silt fences, excavated and removed outlet pipes, begun excavation on a bench for anchor trench, and built up an access ramp from the top of the stack to the midway point. In the coming weeks, the crew will continue excavation and prepare the soil for stabilization. Well done team!
