Anthony Rikansrud Earns Promotion to Project Manager

Anthony began his journey with COMANCO while pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. What started as an opportunity to gain real-world experience quickly developed into a meaningful career path. Over the past three years, he has built his skill set through hands-on experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager. In these roles, he supported field operations, coordinated project logistics, and contributed to the successful execution of projects.
Throughout his time at COMANCO, Anthony has shown a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. His willingness to learn, paired with a proactive approach, has helped him grow into a leadership role while completing his degree.
“I’m thankful for all the opportunities COMANCO has given me. Being hired as a student while working on my BS in Construction Management allowed me to get an early start learning what it takes to become a project manager. I’ve grown a lot over the last 3 years here at COMANCO, gaining valuable hands-on experience as a project engineer and assistant project manager. My recent promotion to project manager is a huge blessing and I’m excited to take on new challenges and continue learning and growing in this role.”
In his new role, Anthony will assume greater responsibility for project planning and execution. He will manage schedules and budgets while strengthening coordination between field teams, leadership, and clients. His ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and stay focused on solutions positions him well for continued success.
