As part of COMANCO’s ongoing commitment to professional development, Gregory Pignataro, VP of Project Development, and Michael Taylor, Sr. Project Manager, participated in the Breslin Strategies Leader Circle at The Retreat on Charleston Peak in Nevada from September 22–25, 2026.
The experience provided an opportunity for Gregory and Michael to step back from their everyday responsibilities, reflect on their leadership approaches, and gain new perspectives that they can bring back to their teams and to COMANCO.
