In 2023, COMANCO continued investing heavily in employee development and leadership opportunities. Our HR Department achieved several major milestones that strengthened our workforce and company culture:

- Hired 80 new employees
- Hosted 28 training sessions
- Provided 29 professional development opportunities

- 19 employees trained through ETP
- 9 promotions directly connected to ETP participation
